Blotter - Man charged with stealing identity of Pleasant Cove Road man

Friday, July 24, 2009 3:00 AM  |  Printer friendly version | E-mail to a friend | The Rowan County Sheriff's Office investigated a July 13 report of stolen identity from Ray Lee Ashby, 435 Pleasant Cove Road. A day later, Codie Lea Cline, 28, was charged with felony identity theft in the incident.

- Crystal Safrit Melton, 46, was charged July 13 with misdemeanor domestic criminal trespass.

- Jeffrey Lee Winchester, 45, was charged July 13 with misdemeanor obstruction of justice common law, 145 Montego Lane.

- Bridgett Diana Freeman, 34, was charged July 13 with misdemeanor resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer at 145 Montego Lane.

- Billy Edward Lucas, 24, was charged July 13 with misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 5345 Long Ferry Road.

- Shayne Stephen Gransbury, 19, was charged July 13 with misdemeanor assault on a female at 1090 John Miller Road, Rockwell.

- Lucas Cain, 20, was charged July 13 with misdemeanor injury to personal property.

- Jeffrey Alan Shue, 36, was charged July 14 with driving while impaired at 9100 Stokes Ferry Road.

- John Edward Reese, 27, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor assault of a child/minor at 315 Foster Lane.

- Joshua Dimitri Clark, 16, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance schedule VI, 480 Hope Lane.

- Aaron David Dixon, 18, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance schedule VI, 480 Hope Lane.

- Christian Aaron Reeves, 16, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance schedule VI, 480 Hope Lane.

- Dwon Nicholas Still, 19, was charged July 14 with felony obtaining property by false pretenses.

- Gary Dwayne Leach, 36, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor injury to personal property.

- Jonah Linwood Gravely, 30, was charged July 14 with driving while impaired, 17000 Stokes Ferry Road, Richfield.

- Tammy Lynn Hinson, 45, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor simple assault, 4965 Fish Pond Road.

- Phillip Henderson Boardman, 33, was charged July 14 with misdemeanor assault on a female.
