Blotter: Habitat for Humanity Store robbed of cash

Cash was stolen during a July 17 break-in at the Habitat for Humanity Store at 125 E. Innes St., according to the Salisbury Police Department.

In other Police Department reports:

- A juvenile was charged July 16 with communicating threats against two workers at a group home at 301 Harrell St.

- William Edward Luther, 706 Ryan St., reported a handgun stolen during a July 16 burglary at his home.

- Speakers and a computer were stolen during a July 17 break-in at The Blue Vine, 209 S. Main St.

- Charles Hoffman reported a burglary at Hardiman & Sons, 131 E. Innes St., the night of July 16.

- Johnny Ray Sheets reported his stolen debit card was used fraudulently July 17 at the Economy Inn, 319 Bendix Drive.

- A burglar tried to break into Frost Bites, 207 S. Main St., July 17.

- Brenda Phipps was charged July 17 with misdemeanor larceny/shoplifting at Big Lots in Salisbury Mall, 1935 W. Jake Alexander Blvd.

- Christel M. Coe reported that on July 17 a burglar tried to break into her home at 14E Pine Hills Apartments.

- Christopher Lewis Oakman, 22, 1025 Celebration Drive, was charged July 17 with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a Schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance after a search warrant was served at 519 E. Cemetery St. He was held under $20,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.

- Kelli Calder Flake, 38, 640 Trexler Road, No. 1, was charged July 17 with misdemeanor larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia at Food Lion, 251 Faith Road. She was held under $500 secured bond pending an Oct. 8 trial date.

- Coreen Ann Marie Ramos, 129 E. 11th St., reported a handgun stolen from her vehicle while it was parked in her driveway July 17.

- Todd Lyndon Pals, 2205 Woodleaf Road, reported his vehicle was stolen July 17 from his property.
