- Youth Movie Night for Ages 11-17 — 6–9 p.m., July 10, City Park Center, $7 residents/$14 non-residents.
- Scrapbooking by Creative Memories — 10 a.m.–3 p.m. July 11, City Park Center, $13 per class.
- Cooking with Cheerwine for ages 8-14 — 10–11 a.m., July 11, City Park Center, $6 residents/$12 non-residents, $2 material fee.
- Volleyball Camp — 9 a.m. -1 p.m., July 13-17, Hall Gym, $40 residents/$80 non-residents.
- Martial Arts Camp — 9 a.m.–1 p.m., July 20-24, City Park Center, $55 residents/$110 non-residents.
- Water Exercise Class, Session I — 10:45–11:45 a.m., July 14, 16, 21 and 23, Lincoln Pool, $16 residents/$32 non-residents.
- Crab Cake Cookin'-The Carolina Way — 11 a.m., July 18, City Park Center, $10 residents/$20 non-residents, $4 material fee.
- Blood Drive — 7:30 a.m. –5:30 p.m., July 21, Civic Center.
- Water Mania Games — 11 a.m.-noon, July 24, Jersey City Park, 50 cents residents/$1 non-residents.
- Diet Coke Geysers — 11 a.m.-noon., July 25, City Park Center, $5 residents/$10 non-residents, $4 material fee.
- 12th Annual Run/Walk for the Greenway 5K — 8 a.m., July 25, Prescott Greenway Section – Overton Elementary, $15 advance registration by July, 22, $20 day of race registration. Call 704 638-5275 for more details.
- Family Day at Lincoln Pool — 1-5 p.m., July 26, $4 residents/$8 non-residents.
