The Salisbury Police Department reported that on June 29, an in-home nurse took an 82-year-old woman's credit card and bought items for herself without permission. The victim has Alzheimer's disease.

- Syed Ahmad, 120 E. Innes St., reported vandalism to his vehicle by someone denting the hood and breaking the windshield on June 27.
- Kenneth Silverman, 3680 Airport Loop, reported larceny after an employee removed items and failed to return them on June 22.
- Rosetta Bradley, 215 Bendix Drive, reported her car was vandalized while she was at work on June 27.
- Sandra Nava, 323 S. Arlington St., reported her wallet was stolen inside of Wal-Mart while she was shopping on June 27.
- Raymond Hogan, 228 Lloyd St., reported vandalism to a vehicle when a suspect threw a drink bottle at the driver's side mirror on June 27.
- Marshall's Department Store, 375 Faith Road, reported larceny when two females stole approximately $500 worth of clothing on June 27.
- Crystal Tucker, 130 Ackert Ave., reported a burglary on June 27.
- Wal-Mart, 323 S. Arlington St., reported larceny on June 28 after the suspect fled on foot. Warrants have been secured for the arrest of the offender.
- Patricia Pridgen, 310 Faith Road, reported a larceny of a pocketbook from a vehicle on June 28.
- Richard Allen, 529 Lake Drive, reported someone entered his garage and stole items on June 28.
- Nicole Beck, 375 Faith Road, reported a vandalism on June 29.
- On June 29, a male with dreadlocks fired three shots at the intersection of Liberty and Shaver streets in the direction of Martin Luther King Ave., and then drove off.
- Patrick Coleman, 1302 Parkview Circle, reported an attempted burglary after someone tried to enter through the back entrance.
- John Helms, 404 S. Jake Alexander Blvd., reported larceny from a motor vehicle on June 29.
- Eric Lamonte Fair, 20, was arrested for assault on a female June 27 at 100 Dan St.
- Abe Allen, 29, was arrested for assault on a female June 27 at 704 E. Innes St.
- Justin Udasco, 36, was charged with simple assault June 27 at 245 Dove Meadow Dr.
- Nekhent Ali, 27, was arrested and charged with resisting, delaying or obstructing a public officer June 27 at 115 W. Liberty St.
- Robert McCrary, 39, was charged with simple assault at 115 W. Liberty St. June 27.
- Fawn Phifer, 323 S. Arlington St., was charged with shoplifting June 28.
- Corletta Scott, 21, was charged with simple assault at 1500 N. Main St. June 28.
- Chad Watson, 29, was arrested and charged with assault by pointing a gun June 28 at 612 Mocksville Ave.
- Tracy McCormick, 36, was arrested and charged with assault on a female at 130 E. Liberty St. June 27.
