Fourth of July closings

Most state and local government agencies will be closed in observance of the Fourth of July.

Here is a list of closings:

Closed Saturday:- All Rowan-Kannapolis ABC stores.

- Ellis Park offices.

Closed Friday:- Most Rowan County offices;

- Rowan County Convenience and Recycling Centers;

- Rowan County landfill closed Friday, open Saturday;

- China Grove town offices;

- Rockwell town offices;

- Faith town offices;

- Spencer town offices;

- Cleveland town offices;

- Kannapolis city offices;

- Landis town offices;

- Granite Quarry town offices;

- China Grove town offices;

- Salisbury city offices;

- East Spencer town offices;

- All Rowan County Public Libraries are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

- Salisbury Post newspaper office.

What's open:

- All Rowan County parks.

Garbage pickup will not be affected in any of the towns.
