The Salisbury Police say a Rockwell man who died Sunday while riding his motorcycle crossed the center line and struck a delivery truck.
John Dancy Hall, 31, died at the scene as a result of the collision.
Hall was riding a Yamaha motorcycle at 510 Long Meadow Drive off South Main Street when he crossed the center line and hit what authorities describe as a food services truck driven by Martin Villanueva of Mike Drive, Salisbury.
The incident occurred at 7:15 p.m.
Villanueva was not at fault, police say.
Speed does appear to be a factor. Initial reports indicate that alcohol was not a factor. Hall was wearing a helmet.
