Honor society

Kimberly M. Jenkins of Salisbury has been named to the National Society of High School Scholars.

Jenkins, a student at West Rowan High School, is a rising senior. She is the daughter of Joyce Jenkins.

Nobel Educator

Teacher Wendy Fontenot of West Rowan High School was recently selected as a Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction by the National Society of High School Scholars.

Maryville College

Brynn Dailey received her bachelor of arts degree and graduated summa cum laude from Maryville College on May 17.

Dailey, a 2005 graduate of Salisbury High School, majored in physical education and health for teacher licensure while at the college. She is the daughter of Reggie and Lea Dailey of Salisbury.
