The incident occurred Saturday night at Pro-Med Minor Emergency Center, 628 W. Innes St.
According to Salisbury Police Department reports, officers responded to an alarm at Pro-Med and saw Johnson run out the back door of the business and to his car, which was parked across the street at Salisbury Motor Co.
Police are also investigating break-ins at two other medical offices over the weekend.
A break-in at Community Care Clinic, 315 Mocksville Ave., was discovered Saturday. Salisbury Internal Medicine Associates, 319 Mocksville Ave. was also broken into sometime between Saturday and Monday.
