Former President Bill Clinton plans to attend a "Solutions for America" event at the Salisbury train station at 11:30 a.m. Friday.
He is scheduled to be in Kannapolis at A.L. Brown High School at 12:45 p.m.
The quick stops are part of a day of campaigning for his wife, Sen. Hillary Clinton, who was in North Carolina today.
Bill Clinton also will attend campaign events in Greensboro, High Point, Gastonia, Hickory and Asheville.
