Someone broke into a mobile unit in late February at East Rowan High School and took electronic equipment at 175 St. Lukes Church Road.
Thieves took a projector, label maker, computer cords, iPod speakers and charger.
The Rowan County Sheriff's Office is investigating the break-in.

- Nannie Mae Howell Graham reported March 11 the theft of a purse from a vehicle parked at 10435 Caldwell Road, Mount Ulla.
- A deputy shot a dog March 11 at the scene of an animal complaint of a dog running at large at 100 Barrier Lane.
- East Rowan High School reported March 11 a mobile classroom broken into some time in early March and equipment taken at 175 St. Luke's Church Road.
- Michael Dwayne Connor, 42, was charged March 11 with driving while impaired at 1099 McCanless Road/Choate Road.
- Sarah Katrine Moss, 20, was charged March 11 with driving while impaired at 499 Spring Garden Ave./Earl St., Kannapolis.
- Ryan Anthony Wright, 16, was charged March 11 with felony breaking and entering a building.
- Brandon Douglas Calloway, 20, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace at 100 Barrier Lane.
- Lesley Green reported March 12 a pistol was taken from her vehicle at 1090 John Miller Road, Rockwell.
- Pedro Antonio Romero, 26, was charged with driving while impaired.
- Jammal Antwon Dalton, 18, was charged March 12 with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell/deliver a controlled substance schedule II at 8050 N.C. 801, Mount Ulla.
- Joseph Benjamin Fields, 19, was charged March 12 with misdemeanor unauthorized use of motor vehicle at 1964 Briggs Road.
- Jay Kelly Imes, 37, was charged March 12 with driving while impaired at 100 Joe Summers Road/Needmore Road, Woodleaf.
- Someone called East Rowan High and left a threatening message on March 13 at 175 St. Luke's Church Road.
- Jay Dee Tice reported March 13 someone called him in January and threatened him at 145 Lavista Drive, Rockwell.
- Stephanie Denise Tumbleston reported March 13 items were stolen from her vehicle at 1212 Webb Road.
- Karen June Silvers reported March 13 an outbuilding was broken into at 1525 Glover Road.
- Judy Morgan reported March 13 a small pistol stolen from 575 Timberlane Trail.
- Vittoria Robbins Peek reported March 13 a burglary at her residence where a rifle was taken at 980 Geter Road.
- Nicholas S. Rogers reported March 13 a breaking and entering at 142 Red Pine Road, Gold Hill.
- Judy Childress Patton reported March 13 vandalism to a vehicle and residence a 161 Castle Drive.
- Cs Williams Construction reported March 13 the theft of 48 steel poles valued at $12,000 from behind their site at 4410 Amity Hill Road, Cleveland.
