SALISBURY — Salisbury police say a local man refuses to provide information after he was shot by someone and dropped off at the hospital emergency department.

Devron Davis, 25, went to Novant Health Rowan Medical Center on Monday with a bullet graze to the left side of his head. He was treated and released.

Police say he was not  forthcoming with details about the shooting. He initially told investigators that he was shot at by someone at City Park. He later gave a different story.

Police officials say they are not sure where the shooting took place. The investigation is ongoing.
