Letter: Duke can’t have it both ways on coal ash

I wanted to comment on Duke Energy’s request for a rate hike for cleanup of its coal-ash mess. Duke’s TV ads say it is recycling the coal ash. Hmmmm. Can’t have it both ways. I disagree with Duke’s claim to recycle it versus its outrageous request for a major rate hike.
