For all the dough lovers out there, National Donut Day is Friday.

Both Dunkin’ Donuts and Krispy Kreme will be giving away free donuts all day Friday. At Dunkin’ Donuts, which has locations on East Innes Street and Jake Alexander Boulevard, people can get a free donut with the purchase of any beverage. Krispy Kreme on West Innes Street will be giving away one free donut of any variety too.

Dunkin’ Donuts will introduce two new donuts Friday: Chips Ahoy! Crème, a shell donut filled with cookie dough flavored butter crème, frosted with chocolate icing, dipped in crumbled Chips Ahoy cookies and the Chips Ahoy! Crunch, a ring donut frosted with chocolate icing, dipped in crumbled Chips Ahoy cookies.
