CLEMMONS — Davie County lost a 4A Central Piedmont Conference basketball doubleheader at West Forsyth on Tuesday night.
West’s girls won 48-44 in a mild upset, while the Titan boys stopped the War Eagles 63-50.
Sarah Williams and Dawn Singleton scored 14 apiece for the War Eagle girls, who fell to 7-7, 1-1. Dione Eccles led the Titans with 17.
Sean Stevens scored 24 points for Davie’s boys (9-3, 1-1). Chris Paul led the Titans with 16.
