Moss for mayor

SALISBURY POST

Mayor Ray Moss is a true gentleman. At City Council meetings, he moderates by allowing reasonable discussion, never interrupting, always polite even as he ends discussion and calls for a vote.

In other situations and conversation with a wide variety of citizens, his talent for listening is enviable and serves him well as he hears our positions before finalizing a decision. His support for the visioning process that allows residents to put forth ideas for the future of Kannapolis was commendable.

Mayor Moss supports economic development, which will help keep homeowner taxes low.

Mayor Moss understands that we cannot stand still in time, that change is inevitable. How we change, however, is up to us to plan together.

Ray Moss has served us well and certainly has earned another term as mayor of Kannapolis. Our family will cast our votes for Ray Moss, and we hope yours will, too.

— Grant Rader
