Trent Bradshaw captured the season-ending Men’s Golf Association Match Play Tournament recently.
The month-long match play put an end to a successful year at the Crescent Golf Club.
Bradshaw defeated Steven Harvey in the 18-hole final 3-and-1. Harvey had beaten Bruce Rogers 1-up to reach the finals. Bradshaw beat Corey Basinger 2-and-1 to move into the finals.
The tournament also put an end to the season-long money race and points race. By virtue of his victory in the Halloween Two-Man, Mike Frye won the money race by accumulating $450 in gift certificates throughout the year.
Rogers won the points race by five points over Wayne Tate, Joe DeRubeis and
Basinger.
