Man stabbed to death at mobile home on Bradshaw Road

BY BRAD A. HODGES
SALISBURY POST

Officers from the Rowan County Sheriff’s Department were investigating the death of a man Friday night at a mobile home on Bradshaw Road, about a mile off N.C. 150.

One brother apparently stabbed another, according to Capt. Tommy Wood of the Sheriff’s Department. The victim was pronounced dead after a call came in about 11 p.m. over an incident at 2275 Bradshaw Road. The brothers were approximately 40 years old, had been drinking and the incident was at their father’s house, Wood said. Officers had the scene taped off after midnight as they investigated.

The victim died at the scene. Officers were interviewing the brother, who was taken from the scene in a Sheriff’s Department car.
