Nancy Bailey Lawing
MOORESVILLE Nancy Bailey
Lawing, 84, formerly of Shearers Road, died Monday (May 1, 2000) at Lake Norman Regional
Medical Center.
Born Aug. 16, 1915, in Rutherford
County, Mrs. Lawing was a daughter of the late John T. and Laura May Bridges Bailey. She
had retired as a nurses aid atMercy Hospital,Charlotte. She was a member of Liberty
Baptist Church.
Her husband, Clifford F. Lawing,
preceded her in death.
Survivors include sons Doug
Robbins, Mooresville, and Don Robbins, Tampa, Fla.; daughter Mrs. Hart (Carolyn)Pannwitz,
Mooresville; stepdaughters Barbara Latham, Wilmington, and Gail Adams, Charlotte; brothers
Charlie Bailey, Ellenboro, and Jake Bailey, Union Mills; sister Donna Holcomb, Mooresboro,
and Polly Bailey, Cliffside; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Cavin
Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Ralph Robinette. Graveside, 2 p.m., Walls
Baptist Church, Bostic.
Visitation: 7-8:30 tonight at the
funeral home.

Geneva Y. Perryman
LEXINGTON Geneva Yarbrough
Perryman, 84, formerly of Rockcrusher Road, died Sunday (April 30, 2000) at Britthaven of
Davidson.
Born June 18, 1915, in Davidson
County, Mrs. Perryman was a daughter of the late Charles Franklin and Addie Maggie
Westmorland Yarbrough.
Her husband, Earlie Perryman,
preceded her in death.
Survivors include sister Pauline
Feedle, Welcome.
Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday,
Timberlake Chapel, Piedmont Funeral Home, conducted by Dr. Stephen Martin. Burial, Forest
Hill Memorial Park.
Visitation: 7-9 tonight at the
funeral home. At other times the family will be at 201 Game Farm Road.
