Faye Robbins Graham
CLEVELAND Norma Faye Robbins Graham, 73, 1630 Redmon Road, died Tuesday (May 30, 2000) at Iredell Memorial Hospital, Statesville.
Born March 12, 1927, in Iredell County, Mrs. Graham was a daughter of the late Alexander Duffy and Mary Elizabeth Webb Robbins. She was a member of St. Lukes Lutheran Church. She had retired as a payroll clerk from Cone Mills, Salisbury, and as a part-time employee at Salisbury Lutheran Home.
Her husband, Thomas A. Graham, preceded her in death.
Survivors include sons Philip A. and Walter A. Graham, both of Cleveland; daughters Cathy G. Payne and Teresa TerriG. Link, both of Cleveland; brothers Clyde and Michael Robbins, both of Troutman, and Frank Robbins, Statesville; and sisters Irene R. Rowe, Catawba, and Peggy R. Kelly, Troutman.
Services: Graveside, 11 a.m. Friday, St. Lukes Lutheran Church, conducted by the Rev. Milbert E. Kurtz.
Visitation: 7-8:30 tonight, Troutman Funeral Home,Troutman. At other times the family will be at the home on Redmon Road.

Walter Louis Hagans Jr.
ALBEMARLE Walter Louis Hagans Jr., 71, 720 Corbin Ave., died Wednesday (May 31, 2000) at his home.
Born April 27, 1929, in Stanly County, Mr. Hagans was a son of the late Walter Louis and Julia Earls Hagans. He had been employed as a switch assembler at Stanly County Vocational Workshop and was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
Survivors include brother Earl Hagans, Albemarle; and sisters Betty Paige and Linda Knotts, both of Albemarle.
Services were held at 11 this morning at Hartsell Funeral Home chapel, conducted by the Rev. J. Clifton Dunevant. Burial, Fairview Memorial Park.
The family will be at the home on Corbin Avenue.
Anna Ross Hutchinson
FAITH The funeral will be Friday for Anna Marie Ross Hutchinson, 91, 1006 Fraley St., who died Tuesday (May 30, 2000) at Rowan Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, after 18 months of declining health and eight days of serious illness.
Born July 23, 1908, in Rowan County, Mrs. Hutchinson was a daughter of the late Charles William and Laura Ann Cauble Ross. Educated in the Rowan County schools, she was a homemaker. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
Her husband, James Pinkston Hutchinson, died in September 1977; son Ray Virgil Hutchinson, died in February 1973, and another son, Charles Franklin Hutchinson, died in December 1983. She was also preceded in death by two grandsons and one great-granddaughter.
Survivors include sons James Junior and Ronald Dean Hutchinson, both of Salisbury, and Gerald and Billy Hutchinson, both of Faith; daughters Evelyn Morris and Joyce Hamilton, both of Salisbury; sister Hazel Chamberlaine, Salisbury; 19 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services: 2 p.m. Friday, Faith Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Chuck Brawley, pastor, the Rev. Gary Bodford, associate pastor, and Fred Weber, minister of music. The body will be placed in the church at 1:30. Burial, church cemetery.

The funeral is today for Ethel Williams Taylor, 76, Salisbury, who died Monday (May 29, 2000) at Rowan Regional Medical Center after six months of declining health.
Born Sept. 1, 1923, in Iredell County, Mrs. Taylor was a daughter of the late George Grant and Sally Bowman Williams. Educated in the Rowan County schools, she had retired from Cone Mills. She was a Baptist.
Her husband, John H.Taylor, preceded her in death.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.

Gladys Furr Turner
MOUNT ULLA Gladys Furr Turner, 90, Mount Ulla, died Wednesday (May 31, 2000) at Genesis ElderCare of Salisbury.
Born May 17, 1910, in the Rimertown community of Cabarrus County, she was a daughter of the late Wade H. and Kate Rowe Furr. A homemaker, she was a member of Thyatira Presbyterian Church, Women of the Church, Harrison Bible Class and Millbridge Senior Citizens.
Her husband, John Parker Turner, died Aug. 1, 1989; daughter Barbara Kate Turner Griffin died Sept. 26, 1999.
Survivors include son Tom F. Turner, Mount Ulla; daughter Jo Ann Kerr, Mount Ulla, with whom she lived; two grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Thyatira Presbyterian Church, conducted by Dr. Stephen A. Moss. Burial, church cemetery.

David Lee Whitlock
LANDIS David Lee Whitlock, 65, 611 S. Upright St., died Monday (May 29, 2000) at his home.
Born May 4, 1935, in Franklin County, Ohio, Mr. Whitlock was a son of the late Selmer and Kathryn Sensabaugh Whitlock. Educated in the Franklin County schools, he had been a roofer with Oglesby Contracting Co. in Huntersville. He was a Baptist and a member of the National Rifle Association.
Survivors include wife Florence Lynch Whitlock, Gahanna, Ohio; sons David Lee Whitlock Jr., Gahanna, Ohio, and Wayne Curtis Whitlock, Delauaie,Ohio; sisters Margaret DeChamplain, Pensacola, Fla., and Shirley Ames, Springfield, Ohio; and five grandchildren.
