ROCKWELL Concerned family members are distributing flIers in hopes of finding a
missing 21-year-old.Carl Anthony Frizzell
left his home on Orphanage Road sometime between 11:10 p.m. Sunday and 4 a.m. Monday, his
stepmother Kim Frizzell said.
I had gone to bed around 10:30
but I
forgot to make him and his daddys lunch so I got back up and he (Carl) came in there
to help me make it, Kim Frizzell said.
Hes been real upset recently about his
grandmothers death, she said.
The only thing missing from the home is a purple
bicycle.
Maybe he took the bike and went somewhere. I
dont know, Kim Frizzell says.
She and Carls fraternal twin, Kelly, have
been going to local media, calling friends and staying in contact with the Rowan
CountySheriffs Department.
He did leave a note that said he had some
things to get off his mind, Kim Frizzell said. But it isnt like him to
not call.
Today is his little brothers birthday
hes 5 today and he hasnt even called or anything.
There has been no activity on his bank account and
he left the keys in the ignition of his car, she said.
He works for his daddy at Combs Concrete and
he was close to running his own crew. He wouldnt just not show up. Its not
like him, she said.
Kim Frizzell said Carl even called his crew
supervisor Sunday to see if he would be working Monday.
They were calling for scattered showers and
he wanted to see if he still had to work.
Anyone who may have seen Carl Anthony Frizzell
should call the RowanCountySheriffs Department at 636-1011.
He was last seen wearing black jeans, a black
T-shirt and brown hiking boots. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 140 pounds, and has scars on
both sides of his face.
His hair is brown and his eyes are green.
